Product Description

You want a multi gym to deliver as many exercises as possible, and with plenty of weight to build your body. Well the MP3500 Platinum Gym from Marcy excels at both of these.

On top of the expected features like your high / low cable stations and leg developer, the MP3500 has an adjustable chest press arm. Not only can the press arm target all the angles of your chest, it can be used to shoulder press, and for seated rows too when used in reverse.

A unique middle cable station comes with a custom ab-strap attachment, wrap it around your neck for weighted ab crunches. Instead of the usual ‘pec-dec’ arms innovative free motion handles have been fitted, these replicate using dumbbells for chest flyes and rear flyes.

Completely unique to the MP3500 is a thigh trainer on the side. It may look daunting but it’s simple to use, an exercise chart and guide breaks down how to use it correctly. By curling and extending the roller with your legs you can exercise and really focus on your upper leg training.
